Use of this website
Content on this site is provided for informational purposes about our services. Engagement-specific terms for consulting or development work are governed by a separate signed agreement (SOW/MSA), not by this page.
The MediVault application
Use of the MediVault application is governed by its own End User License Agreement, presented and accepted inside the application itself before use — that agreement, not this page, controls your rights and obligations as a MediVault user. Billing for MediVault subscriptions is described separately in our Payment Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — copy, design, and code samples — is the property of SolvITPro unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is." SolvITPro is not liable for decisions made based on estimates shown here, including the ROI calculator, which is illustrative only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which SolvITPro operates.
